TENDO - the way of heaven, is the way to heaven, is the way to the truth.

TENDO means sincerity, and only when sincerity can achieved in the way of one's living, we can improve ourselves.

Within the Tendoryu Aikido this spirit is the basis of our teachings.

Not to compete with others but to overcome oneself is the basis of our training. To make Tendo one's own we have to train sincerely from morning to evening. Sincerity manifests itself in the spirit continuous training. To overcome oneself is the core of this practice.
